CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve a certification course or any of our packages or services, we request an online deposit of $100 dlls. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and your reservation by email, immediately after your deposit is credited to our account.

1. In case of cancellations before 72 HOURS from the date of your confirmed reservation, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount.
2.In case of absence we cannot consider any refund.

Taxes and transfer fees do not apply to the refundable amount and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

ALL deposits and reservations will be 100% refundable if weather conditions prevent us from providing a safe and enjoyable experience. And/or by order of our official authorities.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK

The customer’s purchase may be postponed for anti-fraud checking. It may also be suspended for a longer period of time for further investigation to avoid fraudulent transactions.
